To ensure safety and security of your data, ATrack is both FERPA and HIPAA compliant. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using advanced data security protocols. We also mirror your data and create multiple backups each day to ensure your data is guarded from loss no matter what may happen. And as a subscriber, you have access to all your ATrack data forever.
ATrack is surprisingly affordable, too! Campuses pay a small annual subscription based on the number of students in the program. This covers all the costs associated with faculty, preceptors, training, tech support and maintaining your data. Students can pay either an annual subscription OR they can purchase a once-and-done lifetime subscription. And everything's included, too! No extra fees or upcharges.

Programs pay a small annual subscription that covers ALL faculty & preceptor accounts and ALL technical
support.
Students access ATrack with a separate, individual Annual or Lifetime subscription (see below).
Campus
Students access ATrack with either an Annual Subscription or a once-and-done Lifetime Subscription!
Students can either subscribe on their own, or your program can pay for one or more students at time. ATrack accepts credit cards for quick-and-easy payment, or you can generate an invoice to send to accounting for PO or check purchases.
Lifetime subscriptions give students access to all their ATrack clinical experience records FOREVER. This will help them when applying for advanced degree programs, preparing their résumé or for job interviews, or just refreshing their memories of what they did in your program. PLUS, you can keep in touch with your graduates using ATrack email, announcements, documents, and post-graduate evaluations — long after they've graduated!
